2 medium green Apples
1 - 2 pieces of Ginger (start with small piece and increase as you adjust to the taste)
¼ to ½ cup Parsley

If you only have a blender, that’s fine too. Just strain off the juice using a piece of cheesecloth or a sieve of any kind.
Tips
You can use a variety of plant sources. All are good but you get more nutrients from the brighter dark green ones, e.g. broccoli.
This drink can taste slightly sour or bitter at first. That’s to do with your alkalinity, i.e. your pH. Most people that have health issues are more acidic than alkaline. Our body requires us to be 80% alkaline to be in good health.
Take the drink away from your main meals and sip it rather than gulp it down. When you take green juice on an empty stomach, many of the nutrients will be absorbed really rapidly.
Some family members like when I add fresh carrots (lots of vitamin A) to turn this into a milder drink.
Don’t worry if you don’t have all the necessary ingredients. This recipe is very adaptable.
Make enough for 3 days as above as preparation and clean up can take a good deal of time The drink will keep well.
Above, the RED drink contains carrots, the GREEN one doesn’t. Take your pick!
