Ingredients
½” fresh Ginger or 1 tsp Ginger powder
½ Lemon (peel & juice)
2 cups of Boiling water
½” fresh Turmeric or 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Pinch of Black pepper
1 tsp Honey
Steps
Grate or blend the ginger, turmeric and lemon zest
Pour the boiling water over the ginger, turmeric and lemon peel
Leave to stand for 10 minutes
Strain off the liquid into a glass container
Add pepper, lemon juice and honey
